We rent our pool/deck to members only for parties and special events. We offer our clubhouse for rent to both members and non-members year round. Please note that any pool or clubhouse gathering over nine non-member guests must be booked as a party rental through our Rentals contact below.

Poolside Party Rates (effective July 1 2023): Pool party rental rates include 2-3 lifeguards dedicated to your party. Rates are based on the size and length of your party and include the use of the pool, playground, and furniture on the pool deck only:

● 2 hours, up to 25 non-member guests: $200 to include lifeguards dedicated to your party
● 3 hours, up to 25 non-member guests: $250 to include lifeguards dedicated to your party
● 2 hours, 25-45 non-member guests: $275 to include lifeguards dedicated to your party
● 3 hours, 25-45 non-member guests: $350 to include lifeguards dedicated to your party

Adding the clubhouse reservation to any pool party is an additional $100.

Clubhouse ONLY Party Rental: Year-round rental rates of our beautiful, newly-renovated clubhouse start at $250 for members and $350 for non-members (for a 2-3 hour event). Our maximum allowed capacity for the clubhouse is 75 people.

NOTE: The first two Fridays in June are not available for party rentals.
